Changhai County in Dalian is composed of 112 islands, mounds and reefs, including 87 large and small islands and more than 20 inhabited ones, which are collectively referred to as waichangshan islands. About how to go to Pikou port in Dalian
Dalian Zhoushuizi airport to the port of Pikou: direct taxi about 200 yuan, 1.5 hours drive. However, the Haishan island resort we live in is hidden in a quiet bay of xiaochangshan Island, although there is no prosperous atmosphere of five-star hotels, But it's also the most holiday oriented family on the island.
From the view platform on the roof of the resort, you can see the sea crossing bridge linking Changshan island and xiaochangshan island. After landing from yuanyangguo, you can take a taxi all the way here.

This is the B & B we live in. It's the largest one on the island. The conditions will be better than other farmhouses, but it can't be compared with hotels. Therefore, the little friends who come to haxian island should not care too much about the accommodation conditions. In the off-season of September, there were only two groups of guests. The boss took special care of us and gave us the most sea side cabin (the Yellow row of houses in the picture above) at the basic price. Then he always took us to play. The island was not big, so it was only five or six minutes' drive to go there.
Meals are still very powerful, and more than half of them are prepared seafood. Two people are such a big table, and they are not awesome. They are very fresh, after all, seafood origin.
The big and small Changshan islands can be seen from the B & B viewing platform. The sunrise just rises from the cross sea bridge, which is very beautiful.
Highlight 2: catch up with the sea in the East bell tower
There are quite a lot of B & B houses in haxian island. There are about ten big and small B & B houses. We also found the largest one on the island by our luck and feeling. The boss is pretty good. He drove directly to the wharf to pick us up and arranged us with the nearest wooden house and sea view room. The location of the B & B house is very good. It's just beside the East bell tower, This is also a place where local people like to go to the sea, so after checking in and putting away our luggage, we also took advantage of the ebb tide to go to the sea.
The East bell tower is not a real bell tower, but a square island that looks like a bell tower. When the tide falls, there will be a road leading to the East bell tower out of the sea. Many small creatures, such as crabs, starfish and oysters, will be left on this road before they can return to the sea. You can pick up a bucket of them and take them back to homestay for processing with gloves. Moreover, the East Bell Tower Road is also a good place for taking photos. It's a long, narrow and winding road leading to the island in the heart of the sea. It's like a thousand miles away.
The magic of the East bell tower can only be shown when the tide is low. When the tide is low, a winding sea road appears. Connecting this small lump with haxian island is like a golden bridle tied to a green boat, rippling in the blue ocean, and the scenery is quite magnificent.
